You must be at least 18 years old to use Myhealthyfy. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance for the plan duration you select (1-month, 3-month, or 6-month).
• Prices displayed at checkout are in the currency shown and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@myhealthyfy.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

When using Myhealthyfy, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account with others or resell your subscription
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our content
• Upload harmful code, malware, or infringing content
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service

All content in the Service — including logos, text, illustrations, meal plans, workout plans, code, and design — is owned by Myhealthyfy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use your personalized plan for your own personal, non-commercial fitness journey. You may not republish, redistribute, or sell it.

Any information you provide in the quiz or the dashboard remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it to provide the Service to you.

Myhealthyfy provides general fitness and nutrition guidance only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any diet, exercise, or supplementation program — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under medication, or have any medical condition.

You use the Service and any plan generated by it at your own risk. Myhealthyfy is not liable for any injury, health issue, or damages arising from following our recommendations.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myhealthyfy and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

We use trusted third parties (e.g. our payment processor, cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers) to run the Service. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their portion of the experience.

We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; provisions that by their nature survive termination (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Myhealthyfy is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
